Google Sued for copyright infrigment!

Ironcially i found this on google news. This is bad news for the company that seems to have everything going for it. This company may one day top the economic market by offering music,news, t.v. service even food sources. It may even be the only company left in the untied states! Now thats just a radical postiion. Google has been copying books with permissions from the University of Michigan library, which i live a short way aways from. They are trying to make the largest online library in the world. Something like http://www.wikipeadia.com , a great resource which is free to the public. Its a great resource which anyone could edit. Its sad that people are suing google but thats copyrigt infrigment in my mind. Its anyones case.

The new name for the meap(michigan educational assessment program) should be Michigan elected association of pinheads. What is the whole point of stnaderdized testing anyways? It is mostly a much saddened way to gauge how our children are doing.

Today

It's been a log time since i have been able to post. During most of this time i have been trying to figure out what the heck i am going to do with atgig.com. I am no longer able to accsses my account there it seems so i am starting a new bravent site in the meanwhile. Hpefully it will be availible by Halloween. I am hoping but there is no promise. Of course the dedicated readers of this blog will know first.

I am proudc to announce that two of my friends have started podcasts(not that i like apple) but they are sure to be promising. I will post the links of Winnocast and Mark's new podcasts at a later date(probably next week). Both of them are weekly podcasts. Got an idea that you want to see posted on this blog? Should you be allowed to terminate your life? This is a struggle in a landmark case in Washington state. More than 200 terminally ill people have choosen to end there lives this way. It is very distrubing. Would you end your life this way? Would you let others? Before you answer those questions let me give you a little background. This law was voted in by voters in washington state in 1994. It became in effect in 1997. So its been going for eight years and just recently the attorney general has stepped in to stop it. Why do you think that is ? So thats something that should be on your mind. Until next friday or whenever i get around to writing agian.
